1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Note: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Please include your order number, details of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable). Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for a replacement product of the same value once the returned item has been received and approved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Products not purchased directly from Paloma Gift.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
